The ergonomically designed EasyRig reduces the static load on the neck and shoulder muscles and distributes it down to the hips, the part of the body best designed to deal with it. The EasyRig gives you the speak and mobility of a handheld camera, while still achieving steady shots. It allows the camera operator the freedom of shooting from various positions; the shoulder, the hip or even at knee level.

The EasyRig Story

A hobby that turned into saving the backs of camera operators for two decades

After a full-day of shooting hand-held the World Championship of handball in 1994, Johan Hellsten was in pain; especially the area around the shoulders. Johan set-out to find a solution. The first EasyRig was an iron tripod placed in a backpack. Since its first prototype, EasyRig has made many improvements into what the unit is today.
